- Eligibility: This competition is open to those who are at least 18 years old. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the competition. The competition is subject to all provincial and local laws and regulations.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Company as final and binding as it relates to the content of this competition.
- Competition Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 7th April 2023 and ending on 23rd April 2023. All entries must be received by 23rd April 2023.
- How to Enter: The competition must be entered as stipulated. The entry must fulfil all competition requirements, as specified in the social posts, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Prizes: The Winner of the competition will receive a 2-night stay at Shamwari Private Game Reserve. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Company. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including without limitation any federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by a Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Company to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Please note that it will be the Winner’s responsibility to Travel to and from Shamwari Private Game Reserve.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected randomly using an AI tool under the supervision of the Company. The Company shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings.
