Junior Sous Chef

Shamwari Private Game Reserve is hiring! We’re looking for a Jenior Sous Chef to join our award-wining team. We’re looking for someone who has:

Be able to speak and understand English
Knowledge of GAAP POS and Ms Excel
Good knowledge of food costing and wastage control
Sober habits and strong leadership abilities
Strong ability to lead a team and work under high levels of pressure
Driver’s license
Good knowledge of F&B Service
