Conservation Volunteer Co-ordinator

Shamwari Private Game Reserve is hiring! We’re looking for a conservation volunteer co-ordinator to join our award-wining team. We’re looking for someone who has:

• FGASA  Level 1/ NQF2 / nature conservation or environmental education qualification and/or related tertiary education
• At least 1 year of experience dealing with big five game and volunteers
• Code EB driver’s license and valid PDP
• SASETTA firearms competency
• Valid first aid certificate level 1
• DEAT and FGASA registered
• 4×4 driving preferable
• People orientated personality
• Good general knowledge of ecological management of game reserve
• QGIS mapping will be advantageous
