Villa Lobengula - Rates & Terms

Situated on Shamwari Game Reserve, Villa Lobengula offers six suites, accommodating 12 people sharing. Villa Lobengula is bookable on a sole use basis only, therefore guests will have the whole villa to themselves while their own private guide, chef and staff compliment looks after their personal needs.

• All rates are quoted and invoiced in South African Rand (ZAR) for the whole villa per night.
• These rates are based on a maximum of 12 guests sharing all six rooms at Villa Lobengula.
• Above mentioned rates are inclusive of all meals, game drives, guided walks, tea, coffee, water, game drive beverages, tourism levy and 14% Vat.
• Persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year.

• The below offers are available on the above mentioned rates and validity thereof.
• Offers are not combinable with promotion (s) in the market place.

Children Policy

• Children of all ages are welcome at Villa Lobengula.
• Children younger than 4 years are not permitted to join the normal game drives, but a “kiddies drive” can be arranged.
• Persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.
• Child minding service is available upon request and can be arranged at an additional cost.

Travel Information

Insurance

• We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out.

Transfers

• Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at an additional cost.
• All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies.
• Transfer from/to private landing strips are complimentary, but must be booked prior to arrival.

Payment

• 25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of the reservation being made.
• Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full pre payment will be required at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellations

• Only written cancellations will be accepted; please ensure you receive an acknowledgment of cancellation from reservations.
• 50% of fee if cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival
• 100% of fee if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival
