My career spans over 13 years in the various provinces of South Africa, namely Kwazulu Natal, Kruger National Park, Western Cape and currently in the Eastern Cape.
I decided to gain all my formal qualifications in 2008 and currently have Fgasa level 3, trails guide, tracker level 3, specializing in dangerous animals. I am the highest qualified Indian guide registered with the field guides association of Southern Africa.
I am passionate about Shamwari and what it has to offer. Seasons and weather do not impact on your game sightings, animals can be seen throughout the year, attention to customer service and quality is second to none. The landscapes are breathtaking, sunsets and sunrises, a land full of history and the culture of people in this area is phenomenal.
We cater to all tastes of cuisine and I am fond of preparing Indian dishes for my clients in the bush.
Animals are associated with my religion and through prayer I feel at one with the animals, and am able to communicate with them, I feel their emotions and all this is experienced by my clients on my unique game drives.
My work with my clients can be viewed on TripAdvisor, which is testimony to the quality experience clients will receive with me whilst at Shamwari, Bayethe Lodge.
I feel at peace with the world when I am in this environment.
